By installing or using PrimeScheduler ("the Power-Up", "the Service"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
PrimeScheduler is a Trello Power-Up that allows users to schedule card comments to be posted at a specified time. The Service operates as an add-on to Trello and requires a valid Trello account.
You must be at least 13 years old to use the Service. By using the Service, you confirm that you meet this requirement.
PrimeScheduler is available on a paid subscription basis. Pricing is listed at prime-scheduler.vercel.app. Payments are processed by Paddle, who acts as the Merchant of Record. By subscribing, you agree to Paddle's terms and conditions.
Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled before the renewal date. You may cancel at any time through your billing portal.
Refund requests may be submitted within 14 days of purchase by contacting primescheduler.app@gmail.com. Refunds are issued at our discretion.
You agree not to use the Service to:
We aim to provide a reliable service but do not guarantee 100% uptime. Scheduled comments may occasionally fail to send due to technical issues outside our control, including Trello API outages. We are not liable for missed or delayed comments.
PrimeScheduler uses the Trello API and OAuth to act on your behalf. You grant PrimeScheduler permission to post comments to Trello cards as authorised by you. You may revoke this permission at any time from within the Power-Up by clicking "Disconnect account".
All content, code, and design of PrimeScheduler are the property of the operator. You may not copy, redistribute, or create derivative works without written permission.
The Service is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the Service will be error-free or uninterrupted.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service, including missed notifications or failed comment delivery.
We may update these Terms of Service at any time. The date at the top of this page reflects the most recent update. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
These terms are governed by the laws of the Czech Republic. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of the Czech Republic.
